I really like the Pimmit Hills location and am looking to buy a house here in the mid 300K price range. I work for Booz Allen so it's a hop skip to our main campus right near Tyson's. Unfortunately, most of the properties in the neighborhood are either condos or short sales that have already gone to the bank. If you're looking to sell anytime soon let me know, I'd be very interested!
